How much does it cost?+
Free includes 2 transcription hours per month. Pro is $9/month for 40 hours. Pro credit packs add 10 hours for $3.50, 25 hours for $7, or 60 hours for $15. Editing and exports are included on both plans.
Which files can I transcribe?+
Upload MP3, WAV, or FLAC for Whisper large v3 turbo transcription. Your original file is preserved.
Can I upload long recordings or several files?+
Free supports one file at a time, up to 500 MB and your available monthly minutes. Pro supports batches of 50 files, up to 10 hours and 5 GB per file. Keep the tab open until uploading finishes; transcription continues in the background afterward.
Which languages can I transcribe?+
Whisper large v3 turbo detects the language automatically. Accuracy varies by language and audio quality.
How accurate will my transcript be?+
Results depend on the language, recording quality, background noise, and overlapping voices. Use synchronized playback to check the transcript and correct names or wording before exporting.
Who can access my recordings?+
Your recordings are private to your account by default. If you create a share link, anyone with that link can read the transcript and listen to the audio. Turn sharing off to revoke access. You can also delete recordings from your workspace.
Can I download documents and subtitles?+
Yes. Export TXT, PDF, DOCX, CSV, SRT, or VTT. Add optional timestamps to text and documents; subtitles and CSV always include timing. Choose multiple transcripts or formats to download them together in a ZIP. Try Download sample above to explore the available formats.
Does it recognize different speakers?+
You can add and edit speaker labels yourself. Automatic speaker recognition is not included in this version.
