Deleting a folder keeps its recordings in All transcripts. Deleting a recording permanently removes its audio, transcript, and run history.
Give each recording a useful title
A title such as “Client interview · Oct 27 · Morgan” is easier to recognize than a device-generated filename. Open a recording’s actions menu in the library and choose Rename. You can also use the rename control beside the title of an open transcript. Enter your new title and save it. Use a consistent pattern for recurring meetings or a series of interviews.
Create a folder for a project or topic
Click the plus button beside Folders in the sidebar. Enter a name and click Save. Choose a folder before clicking New transcript to upload directly into it. The upload dialog shows the destination beside Saving to.
For an existing recording, open its actions menu and choose Move to folder. Select the destination and save. All transcripts remains your overview of the recordings across your workspace.
Search when you remember the words, not the title
Use Search your transcripts in the library to search recording titles and transcript text. Try a distinctive phrase or name. Open a matching recording, then use Find in transcript to locate the passage inside it. If you cannot find a recording, check All transcriptsand clear the search before browsing your library again.
Tidy folders and recordings deliberately
Use the actions menu beside a folder to rename or delete it. Deleting a folder removes the container; its recordings stay in All transcripts.
Deleting a recording is permanent and removes the stored audio, transcript, and run history. Export anything you need first. In the library, checkboxes let you select several recordings for export or deletion. Review the selection before confirming a permanent deletion.
